REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

Should you wish to return an item please contact us at aprons@risdonandrisdon.co.uk to confirm the item being returned.

All returns need to be in as-new resaleable condition.

Please note we are unable to refund postage and packaging charges, or for international deliveries, any tax or duties paid.

For exchanges, the customer pays for return postage, however we will happily post you out a different size or style for free.

Please inform us of any faulty goods within 3 days of receiving the order.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on custom made items.

We cannot accept responsibility for postage fees or for any items damaged, lost or stolen in transit. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
